Hosted service continuity

Direct static QR codes

A direct static QR downloaded from the regular generator contains your value, not a QRStable redirect. It continues to scan without a QRStable account or subscription. The destination you encoded must remain available.

Hosted File QR codes

A File QR opens a QRStable Share Link and therefore depends on QRStable storage, routing and hosting. QRStable will not silently replace its destination, reuse its public identifier for another customer or describe it as independent hosting.

Plan changes and cancellation

Changing or cancelling a paid plan will not modify a direct QR already downloaded. If an account exceeds the limits of its new plan, hosted items should enter a communicated grace or read-only period before suspension rather than being silently deleted. Exact paid-plan grace periods will be published before paid billing is enabled.

Deletion and enforcement

Deleting a hosted file disables its Share Link. QRStable may block content for malware, phishing, illegal use, rights violations or urgent security reasons. Where legally and operationally possible, the account owner will receive a reason and a way to contact support.

Incidents

The status page reports application-level checks. It is not an uptime guarantee. Keep an original copy of every hosted file and test important printed QR codes periodically.
