About the QR code

The value you enter is stored directly in the QR. QRStable checks the finished image by reading it again, and points out common print problems such as low contrast or a logo that is too large. Everything entered in the regular generator stays in this browser.

Static and dynamic QR codes

A static QR contains the final destination. A dynamic QR normally contains a link managed by another provider. That provider link can be editable and track scans, but it also creates an extra dependency. QRStable currently creates static codes only.

Before you print

Test the downloaded file using several phones at the size, distance, lighting, and material you plan to use. A high score catches common problems, but it cannot reproduce every printing condition.
